I love their variety of selections! I like that they have a lot of kid selections since I would need to have the kids try them before getting them! Tax is included!

Very big store with a lot of options! The staff was friendly and helpful. I’ve been wanting to get some of the sandals. And this shop was awesome, cheaper than other stores too. Worth the visit. This is where the history of Rainbow sandals begin too!

Don't get my wrong, I love rainbow sandals. Been wearing these leather sandals for most of my life. However, my recent experience at the SC store was pretty bad. I recently purchased 2 pairs of sandals for $105. My first pair were made to go in the water. From day one they squeak every time I walk. I sound like a duck. Quack. Quack. The second pair (made in USA) were junk!!! The glue that holds the sandals together started peeling off on both of the sandals. I thought, "I have the receipt, they are practically brand new, of course they will just give me a new pair (maybe the China one's are made better)." Nope. After the dude at the checkout asked his manger out loud, "Are these a pair of our defective sandals?", I was told that all they could do was re-glue them for me. Re-glue?! Why were they not glued correctly the first time, like every pair of Rainbow Sandals I've ever owned?

Good quality rainbows, I just miss the days when they were $30 a pair... They are getting too expensive. I just bought a single layer and it was $44. Its gone up a lot in the last 5 years.

A lot of options for sandals. Took a lil time to find my number (9) because it is the most common number for ladies, but not a big thing. Fast check out. 100% Made in USA

Great customer service. They were well staffed, and all who assisted us were very knowledgeable and helpful. The store is well laid out and organized with helpful displays like easy, interactive sizing measures. Nice selection. Fantastic prices!!

My favorite sandal here can be up to 75% off the retail price. They have a large selection of sandals and friendly staff.

Great shop selling the best quality sandals. Parking is a little tight like every location near the beach so that's no big deal.

Rainbows will ALWAYS be my favorite sandals. The thicker strapped sandals last forever. I own a pair going on fifteen years. The thinner strapped sandals not so much but they do leave a smaller tan line.

They do not always have everything in stock but the selection is impressive. Maybe it's because I am friendly but I only get great service here.

They always sell you on Lifetime Warranty. I have attempted to reach them by email 3 times over the last month and have been ignored. I called and they said try without sending pictures they may get rejected if the files are to big. I'm sorry but I have sent with / without pictures. Just don't wanna deal with warranty issues I guess. On another note if you every get them wet they will literally stain your feet for days. I went to the beach and it was terrible. I would just save your $$ and get your flip flops elsewhere.

BUYERS BEWARE! My boyfriend got a pair of sandals for his birthday but they did not fit. He was told he could pay to send the sandals back and pay $7 to have a new size shipped out. Instead we opted to drive 2 hours and go in person to the store to try them on (he has a neuropathy and has trouble finding shoes to fit). We were quite shocked that they WOULD NOT GIVE FULL CREDIT and only credit a reduced lower outlet price even though they know that a higher price was paid online. The reason they said is because the outlet is a totally different business/ entity than the online store which is just a round about way for them to keep your money. Since we were not allowed to go to the warehouse down the street to make the return directly, they acted like they were doing us a huge favor to return these shoes to the warehouse on our behalf (even though it is the same company with the same name and the same business owner in the same town!). Something fishy for sure! To top it all off, he was unable to find a replacement pair and they would not even give him the reduced cash refund because it was paid by a credit card and the refund would need to go back to the person who made the gift. Really awkward for the gift giver and the birthday boy! Their policy really sucks and they do nothing to help you out! You get penalized for buying online and trying to make an exchange in the store. To make the matters worse, they will give you "reduced credit" but charged me "full retail price" on the pair of sandals that I ended up getting since he couldn't find anything to fit. So you see they screw you both ways! Bottom line, the return policies on new purchases and gifts are really horrible. I will not do business with a company that treats their customers this way and makes the act of receiving a gift an inconvenient nightmare! Plus the shoes are WAY OVER PRICED!!!
