Rainbow is the best for water damage restoration! I like how professional and knowledgeable Levi was. He went the extra mile providing detail images for my insurance company. He dried the water in my kitchen, sprayed anti microbial solution and removed the damage wood flooring very promptly at my home. Levi was excellent for both of my water losses this year! I highly recommend Rainbow!

This is my 3rd or 4th time using Rainbow for my carpet cleaning at my home in the North Main District of Greenville, SC and they always arrive on time, do a great job, and are very professional. Today Zach did an amazing job making my living room carpet beautiful again. I would recommend them!

Dealing with water damage to your home is awful, but these folks made it easier to bear. Allstate set up the water damage remediation with Rainbow. Levi and team were so great and listened to my concerns as well as methodically checking where the water may have caused damage. There was damage upstairs and down so there were dryers running everywhere. It was really loud for a few days so I could not stay in my home during the process. Levi made me feel entirely comfortable leaving him access to my home as I wasn't going to be there for several days. I'm really not the kind of person who trusts strangers like that. Levi called me when they were finished, but I wasn't able to go home until the next day. I was very pleased to find that he made every effort to make sure my home was clean of any mess they had to make, and to put my house back together enough for me to be able to live in it until the repairs are made. I hope that I never have to use this type of service again, but I will definitely recommend this company to others and tell them to ask for Levi in particular.

Our hardwood floors were buckling from water damage. We were put on the schedule quickly & Josh & Jordan came out right at time scheduled. They hooked up all the equipment & blocked off the area expertly, carefully moving everything that needed to be moved. They returned each day right at designated time to check progress. Thankfully, the floors returned to normal!
I have nothing but good things to say. Josh & Jordan were professional yet friendly & very pleasant to work with. They also moved everything back to original places when done. Would definitely use them again!

I wasted $65. Left typical household stains behind & said he usually has a special stain remover but didn’t have any at the time of service. My carpet looks exactly the same as it did before he arrived. I was hopeful & thought maybe it would look better after drying completely. I was wrong.
