Could be cleaner and all tv's set on Spanish channels as the attendant is Spanish, not very customer friendly

FOLLOW UP- Just dropped off $80 worth of clothes for the wash dry fold and they lost about 1/3 of my items. Said there was mix up with the tags. This happened before where they messed up the tickets of one of my drop offs. They need a better system of tracking orders for paying customer's. I dropped my items off and now I need to figure out what items are missing. I'm hoping the person who got my order is kind enough to bring it back. Completely disappointed and upset about this. G
FOLLOW UP - I Just called today and was told the reason I'm 8lbs off is because my dirty clothes weigh more then clean clothes?? And the lady last week I spoke with who clearly said they've messed up 3 orders last week was lying hmmm something doesn't add up here. Complete bullsh*tresponse / report this review -

Ive been going here since they first opened and its now the only laundromat i will use. Even if i have to drive across town its worth it cuz its really a great laundromat.. Love the machine w stuffed animals its addicting lol and i always win:)

Free dryers!!!! The card took some getting use to at first..you pay $2 the first time and then your money goes on the card instead of using quarters for the machines. You can also drop-off your laundry if preferred.

They get you in by offering free dryers. What they don't tell you is that the wash cycle is almost double that of the nearest laundromat and you have to buy a card in order to put money on it.

Uses some rediculous card based system instead of quarters. The card alone costs $2. And then you have to add money on top of that. Sure, the place is clean but the inconvenience of the card system makes ensures this is a 2 star laundromat.

I used to like using this Laundromat. Until the day I was washing my comforters and they were stolen out of a dryer that the attendant was standing right in front of. Of course she saw nothing and tried telling me that I was crazy and i had took it myself. I 100% positive that she is the person who took it. Emailed the owner and got no response. Pretty sad when y have to worry about the attendants steeling your belongings.

It's a good place to do laundry but there are a lot of people that go there that have no respect for everyone else's property. I can't tell you how many time I walk back in and find garbage in my l laundry basket. People are to lazy to walk and put there garbage in the trash they just through it your laundry basket. And people never watch there kids while they are there they run around like little crazy people and they have no respect for anyone.

99 cents a pound wash dry and fold pay for the clothes perfectly and it's cheaper than washing it yourself and you don't have to fold
