Rainbow Int'l SAVED my carpet. I have a sweet, adorable puppy who, in a not so sweet and adorable way, ate a black fountain pen on carpet.
Curtis K. was the specialist who came out and within moments the stain was gone and THEN he proceeds to tell me that he can clean the whole upstairs (included in the fee they were already going to charge for the ink stain) for no additional charge. We were the last house of the day and he could have been one of 'those people' who didn't tell me all of that just so he could be done a bit sooner. He was honest, educated, funny and FAST.
I couldn't be happier with Rainbow International. I will absolutely be using their services again (hopefully not for another puppy related incident, ha!)
