  I bought this cute sweater for my birthday & it didn’t fit like seen on the model . I wear medium in all your clothes - as I’ve bought from you plenty of times. I LOVE all of my items from Raelynns but this one was weird . So I went to exchange it within the 14 days - tag still attached & everything . The shirt I chose to switch it out for was $8 cheaper but because I got it online during a sale , the manager lady said I couldn’t get that shirt with 30% off ? So I had to pay an extra $8 for a shirt that was much cheaper than this sweater . That’s very upsetting to me because I wouldn’t have returned it if it fit right & then for the “manager” to have poor customer service about it & make me pay more for a shirt that was less was very upsetting . I usually have a good experience coming to the greenwood store but this manager was kind of awful :( i have never heard of not being able to match at least the discount on a shirt especially when it’s not the customers fault - as I work in customer service as well .

  My 24 yo daughter was treated badly by a snotty employee. While asking a question to the employee, the employee answered the phone and spent 20 mins in phone taking a sale while my daughter who was first stood their with her one year old! Another employee tried to her help and snotty girl in phone very rudely told her they don’t carry xsmall sizes!
  We will never shop here again and will be spreading the word they have snotty employees that are also rude!

  I like the atmosphere and my girlfriend is having a good time, but there is a major lack of seats available for those of us not searching for a dress. Step up! Or.. sit down, rather.

  I found the most beautiful dress, I have never found one like it and I fell in LOVE. But it had four buttons broken and when i asked if they did discounts or could fix it they said no discounts and that no one was in to fix it. She then said she would talk to someone in the back and then proceeded to give it to another customer to try on. I've put this dress on all my facebook pages that sell dresses to try to find it and can't find it! I'm so mad. I don't live in Indianapolis to easily come back and buy it. I never write reviews but this made me so mad because it's so beautiful.

  I must say Beautiful Dresses! Price are off the chart. Considering most of these dresses are to worn to a prom that last a couple of hours. $600.00 plus prices on a dress is to much.

  I visited this store yesterday with my boyfriend to start getting ideas of what dress I want this year for prom. When I came in, I was not greeted, and there were several workers there available, as it was not busy. I watched every person after me get kindly greeted and helped, but I still did not receive help? This was disappointing, as well as the fact that when I exited the store, there were two employees right by the door that didn't bother to thank me for my visit or anything. On top of this, I typically wear a dress size 12 or 14, and every dress is those sizes looked way too small. I looked at 16's and was disappointed with the tiny selection. As the size goes up, the number of dresses in stock goes down. This is not the store's fault, just trying to let my fellow big girls out there that this is not the place to go when trying to find a dress. Wish my experience would have been better because they have some very nice dresses!
