Very knowledgeable about every situation and helpful with plans from 1st day to last day of contracts. The manager as well as all employees are very professional and friendly. I have went there for my last two phone contracts and will continue when this one is up. 5 stars isn't enough for this manager and his team! If their is a deal for you this store will find it!!

I've been going to this location for 6 years now. I refuse to go to a carrier store. Best Buy Mobile always takes care of my family and makes sure that we get the deal that is best for us. I am a forever customer!

Ive heard so many horror stories from people about them hassleing people over return policies, lying about inventory to avoid a return or lying about the policy (ie. You need the box to return a phone). All that is speculation but ive heard it from many people.

They also told me they were out of a phone i wanted to exchange without even looking when the website said they had it. Seems scetchy to me. The big store next to Khols is much better

Went in and was convinced to switch to AT&T from VZW. got my first bill and it is $30 more than they said it would be. AT&T support fixed part of the issues but my normal monthy is still higher than they quoted me. I talked to three different people there who assured me what my rate would be. So they all were incorrect. Do not recommend. Never going back.

Going to a phone store is never fun (in my opinion), but going to this store was such a pleasant experience. We stopped in to get some information and ended up switching our phone plans and buying a new phone. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We worked with Andy (the manager) and Julian (the assistant mgr). Both were patient, allowed us to test products and went above and beyond. Thank you so much!
