Dishonest people. Did business with one of the owners of the company, took care of a warranty claim for him and had multiple unfounded complaints about the work. Further investigation revealed that it was a fraudulent warranty claim to begin with. Would never trust to sell/service anything.

I Picked up my new Daihatsu Summit on Monday this week. On Tuesday I realized there was a problem. Called RSM and we tried to work it out over the phone to no avail. On Wednesday Steve showed up at my home, 200 miles from their business to correct the problem. You can't beat that kind of service. Thanks RSM, Bob & Steve!
