Took my truck there for a simple service and tire rotation. It came back with the transfer case wire harness pull off frame and laying against front driveshaft. I put back on frame myself so it didn't cause problems. Took it to a different dealer and found out they broke off electrical connecters and the 4wd didn't work. Thanks for making me spend more money for no reason!!

Fast, friendly service. If you're traveling and your RV ever breaks down, hope that it happens near Derrow Shirkey Ford. My F350 was pulling our 5th wheel and started leaking coolant at a nearby rest stop. Long story short, we were back on the road in less than 48 hours. Michelle was great at coordinating everything, and Cory worked hard to get the repairs done the right way in a timely manner. They both stayed after hours so that we could get on the road again one day sooner. Thank you so much!!

This is hands down the BEST dealership I have ever dealt with! These guys are very up front and don't screw around with you. They have the best prices and customer service around (I drove almost 3 hours to purchase from them). I worked with Toby Shirkey, who is just incredible. His customer service is impeccable. After I drove home, he followed up with me to see how the drive went and how I liked the car. Most dealers would never do that. He goes above and beyond. I worked with Brad through the finance details and had an easy transaction process. He didn't try to sell me all the extra stuff I didn't want like most dealerships. As soon as I said no thanks, he moved on. It was a quick and smooth. I can't say enough about these guys and this dealership! I'm from Grand Rapids, MI, so we have plenty of dealerships but these guys are better. I'll definitely be back!!

I must say, the staff at Derrow-Shirkey are some of the best people EVER! While traveling on a cross county road trip our Ford RV blew both belts. Right from the start MICHELE MCKINNEY made me feel welcomed and knew I called the right service station. She said we could come right in and they would get us back on the road ASAP. SHE WAS RIGHT!!! We pulled up and everyone welcomed us. They loved our dogs and made us feel at home, giving us coffee and treats for the dogs. JEREMY HANOVER was our man from the start! He was fast and spot on at getting us fixed up and back on the road. He did a once over to see if we needed any other service. He is a really nice guy and knows if Fords!! Thank you Jeremy and Michele for all of your help!
