  My daughter in law purchased a car here over a month ago and she still doesn't have the title!! Be careful if you go there! Ask for the title before you hand over your money!

  Just had the experience of dealing with R&R Wholesale Auto in Lancaster, OH. Purchased a vehicle sight unseen. Cody was very helpful in describing the vehicle and indicating everything in regards to the vehicle's condition. First, let me say that buying any vehicle without test driving it or even being able to sit in it or check it out is a very scary situation. However, they were the only one with the vehicle I wanted and in my price range since I was paying cash. Well, I received the vehicle today with a lot of anxiety and just a little uncertainty. I cannot be HAPPIER!! The vehicle arrive with the shipping company I contracted with in better condition I could have hoped for I want to personally thank Cody for his patience and professionalism in dealing with me during this transaction. I now have the truck of my dreams Cannot thank you enough Cody!!! I will definitely do business with this company again Cannot speak for any other experiences from other people but mine was TOP NOTCH service!!

  Drove down twice (6hr total) to look at truck. Had check engine light on. They fixed problem and we made a deal(wold have gone down that day but they didn't get truck back until 4pm). They sent bill of sale to bank. Had check and notified my insurance. Wife took day off to drive down and pick up truck. They texted me and said they sold truck to someone else. I was livid. Terrible customer relations.

  Really disappointed with my purchase I bought a 2008 Honda Ridgeline on 08/20/2016. It isn't even 90 days since the purchase and the heater core went out on it the 2nd day I used the heater. I understand the vehicle is older but I would not expect to have to put major repair money into a vehicle I just purchased. It seems that they do not do any inspections of vehicles when they purchase them. I would not recommend purchasing a truck from them.

  Purchased my husband a truck here earlier this year and they were fantastic to work with! Great guys, good trucks, best prices around, and they beat our local credit union for finance rate! Would definitely go back!
