I can't say enough about how impressed I am with the work and work ethic of this young business man. He isn't the cheapest in town but I am sure he is the BEST. If you are looking for quality in every aspect look no further! My extremely thick 8x10 area rug was high traffic AND my dogs had covered it in pee! Patrick did an amazing job restoring my rug to like new condition. I'm beyond impressed.

Patrick did an amazing job! I called asking for same day service and he was able to accomodate and come by the house quickly. The carpet was a mess (new rental) and he went above and beyond to ensure it was properly cleaned. He even called the rental company and explained the state of the carpets and because of him the cost of the cleaning was reimbursed by the company. Patrick is customer friendly and knows what he is doing, complete professional!! Thank you!

Patrick is a cool dude who obviously takes pride in his work. I bought a house and decided before I moved anything into the bedrooms I would have the carpets cleaned. He even came on a Saturday, which is usually his day off, to do it. He did an awesome job. The previous owners had a dog and the carpets smelled like it. When Patrick left the difference was night and day. Thank you brother for your service and keep up the great work with your business.

WHAT AN AMAZING GUY WHO CLEANS CARPETS BEAUTIFULLY! This hard-charging Army Vet turned professional carpet cleaner cleaned all my carpets in both apartments and saved a neighbor’s dog! More on that later.

When Patrick, the owner and operator, spoke with me on the phone, he was engaging and courteous. He expressed a sincere desire to do an amazing job on my carpets while also being thoughtful about my busy schedule! It’s rare to find someone so motivated and in this case so knowledgeable about every kind of stain under the sun. Anyone can push a steam vac across a carpet, but unless you’ve taken the time to look at the stain and understand the science behind its removal, you can end up doing thousands of dollars-worth of damage. Even when we were chit-chatting, he was talking about all the carpet-cleaning conferences he’s attended to learn about the best way to care for carpets. This guy really cares! Don’t roll the dice and go with just anyone. I’d recommend Patrick at R&K Carpet Cleaning.

Oh, and on his way out, he found a lost dog and made sure it got back to his owner. Like I said, WHAT AN AMAZING GUY!

Had my carpets cleaned for the first time in 4 years and the results are nothing short of amazing. My appointment was for 9 and he was there promptly. Explained a lot of the process and got right to work. When it was all said and done I met a nice guy and got quality work done. I will call again for my carpet cleaning needs!

Patrick Knapp did a wonderful job with our carpets. He was able to remove our tough stains and wax out of the carpet, along with very thorough advice for the future. I have used numerous carpet cleaning services and none of them compare to R&K Carpet Cleaning. Patrick Knapp was extremely professional, thorough and very friendly. He went out of his way to ensure my carpets were cleaned last minute. To top it off he doesn't try to sell you on packages you don't need.
