  I called and requested for someone to come out and give me an estimate for a new roof. I informed them that it was a 2 story townhouse. A guy showed up 2 hours late and seemed surprised that it was a 2 story townhouse. He said he would comeback out on Thursday with his drone to take measurements. He apologized for not having thr correct equipment. Come Thursday no one ever showed up. I don't appreciate them wasting my time and I will not be using them going forward. I was very disappointed in my experience with them after reading all of their good reviews.

  We had a great experience with this company. Top notch customer service! They are kind, friendly and professional. Shane figured out our issue and got it taken care of in a timely manner and at a fair price.

  Highly recommend! R&C was our second opinion, and thank God they were. They found the real issues that needed to be addressed, and they worked directly with our insurance company. Their process was exactly what they said it would be. Professionalism and efficiency at its best!!!
