I bought a car here and had to bring it back 3 days later to have it repaired. I was told the car had a backup camera, and the camera didn't work the next day. I brought it back and they charge me $500 to have it fixed. If you decide to purchase here, be sure to check everything out on the vehicle before purchasing, because they will not do it for you. I won't be going back. Update: Chad reached out and refunded me $500.

I Purchased my firsr car 2 weeks ago from R & B. I'm a little late on my review but I had an amazing Experience! Brandon was awesome and made the Process of getting a car fast & enjoyable! All the guys seemed pretty cool but I highly Recommend going to Brandon!!

Purchased a vehicle salesmen assured parts would be on order and would call when in. Waited for four weeks before calling and inquiring where parts were. Person on other end figured out salesmen's name and transferred me. Left a message with return number to get information. No call back. Very terrible customer service and poor follow thru

Just looking through your website, many of your cars and trucks are over priced. There is no way, you as a dealership, should take advantage of those who need reliable transportation and aren't resourceful enough to recognize they are being ripped off. Just because it's legal, doesn't make it right.

Very nice and helpful when you want to buy something of theirs. If they did the work to a vehicle themselves, walk away! Vehicle I looked at, and they did the work, was horrible. How can you not notice a window leak? Anyways if you need something from them they will help if it gets the sale. If not then you probably won't even get a call back. Maybe my experience was worse than others but nonetheless there is my review on my personal expierence.

No pressure sales. They checked in and when we said we wanted to just look they said sure have fun..most of the prices are online so it was easy to check all the info on each vehicle without help.

My salesman was Blake and he was so easy to work with. Genuinely great person who was very trustworthy. I also had the opportunity to meet the Sales Manager Ryan and again top class! I drove 4 hours ONE WAY to get this car - that's how great of a deal it was. I will definitely buy from R & B Car Company again.

DO NOT BUY,GO NEAR OR EVEN CONSIDER DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS UNLESS YOU WANT SCREWED!!!!! IF YOU LIKE IT UP THE ASS PLEASE STOP IN. They said they were giving us a trade on my daughters car and when we wondered why the old loan hadn't been paid off they said we didn't give you anything for the trade trade. JUST DON'T GO HERE>

I would have went here a LONG time ago if I only knew. Ryan had me approved and in a vehicle in under two hours. I was impressed with the service and I got just what I wanted at the price range I wanted! I would recommend R & B to anyone looking for a new ride.
