It is the worst experience i have every had.!!..The 2012 f 350 i purchased from them has cost me over $20000 in repairs ..An when trying to professionally talk to him about it.. All he did was stand up yell at us.I would never recommend anyone to use them

Was treated very poorly by long hair blond guy. Just because my car is rough looking he showed no interest in helping me. Between cash and pre approved credit they had a 12000 sales loss. I will not be getting my car from them.

I was just browsing but the salesman was polite and knowledgeable about their vans they had for sale. They were all newer and in very good condition. Great place to look for a pickup truck or full sized van.

Awesome company overall. Treated me very well and was very helpful in my purchase on my new truck. My salesman Kevin Zuleger was a great guy to work with and he completed my request that I asked for. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is in search a new or used vehicle. Very well priced for the trucks I looked at and very clean trucks and suvs. I would continue to do business with them and Kevin again. Kevin talked to me like a regular guy and no just another sale or going guy. Very helpful and never pushed or got in a hurry to sell me a truck I didn't want. Overall a great company to work with.

I worked with Don. He was great!!! I have a very busy schedule he held the truck for me for a couple of days till I could get there and it happened to be his day off He still come in and stayed after hours to make sure I got the truck I wanted!!! Thank you Don I love my new f450!!!

We spent 4 hours at another dealer and still hadn't made lead way . We walked in found a truck and was out in two ours driving our new truck home ! Very friendly fast service would recommend to anyone ! I will be back in the future . Speak with Jon he is awesome and works with you to make things right . This is the first time I have walked out of a truck dealer and not felt screwed ! I live two hours away and it was well worth the drive !!

Very unprofessional. Their website shows SUVs, but they only have trucks. Acted like they didn't care that their website was inaccurate. A dog inside that followed me the whole time with it's nose glued to me until I threatened to leave over it. Until that moment they didn't care about that either. I would not send anyone there ever.

Two star service but the prices are really great so I am happy to give it an average of 3 stars. The experience at the dealer is about what you have come to expect from most any place. They seem friendly but nothing ever pans out in your favor if you are trying to trade or work out financing from a distance. If you are just buying a truck outright, the prices here are very good. Don't expect to make friends here, just get the business done.

Test drove a few trucks from here. Junk vehicles!! Bald tires to missing body parts to way off alignment (the steering wheel was 90 degrees off) to service engine lights on. The list goes on and on. Waste of a 45 min drive. Not to mention when they price thier vehicles they use NADA value which no dealer uses these days. Only the bank. Way over fair purchase price. Min value for your trade. Glad I bought elsewhere! 👎👎👎

Ryan, our car salesman, was VERY helpful. He did a great job trying to find us exactly what we wanted in a truck. Wasn't pushy and listened to our desires of likes and dislikes. All the paperwork was the greatest part. No, JUST KIDDING, actually the best part was driving home in our new/used vehicle. THANK YOU R&B CAR CO and RYAN!!!
