Amazing experience. Liz at the front office was super helpful and extremely professional. The tech that came out and installed the air scrubber plus, was professional and extremely knowledgeable. Very happy with the outcome. Recommend it 100 percent.

WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Prices are way too high. Evacuated the system, repaired a line and recharge. $1300.00 Had to come out 3 times within a one week period to get it right. Was told I was overcharged, called and questioned bill. They were going to look into it and call me back. Still waiting for that call? Priced same repair elsewhere and found much cheaper. Even bought a maintenance contract from them, someone was going to get ahold of me so they could set up a time to come out and clean/service unit. Still waiting for that call as well. Unbelievable. Lesson learned.

This is the second A/C Trane unit we have purchased from Quick Refrigeration in the past 16 years (different locations). We had a wonderful experience with Quick Refrigeration. Their technician Fernando was so helpful at helping us select the right system for our home. I was so impressed by their overall professionalism and fast service. If you want quality work don't look anywhere else this is the place to go. We shopped around for a few months prior to making our decision and we are so glad we went with Quick. By the way if you are deciding on what system to get let me just recommend the TRAINE which gave us everything we were looking for and more. Love everything that comes with it and being able to use the NEXIA smart home technology is the best part being able to control my unit on the go is extremely convenient for me. Thanks Fernando to you and your team for the best service we have had in years. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would.

After working with about 3 other local companies for service on my air conditioning, We were referred to Quick Refrigeration, and have thankfully never looked back. Happy to say the service has been excellent for over 10 years. They come fast, when they say they will come, (even if after hours) take care of business, and whatever needs fixing gets fixed and stays fixed. The techs are courteous and good at explaining what is going on, without talking me to death! In particular, I have to give kudos to Mr. Jose Garcia, who came out one hot night and spent several hours in the dark with one of my blown-out units. He somehow re-wired it so that I didn't have to do an expensive major part replacement, and it is still working like a champ. No charge, as it was "just part of the service." Highly recommend.
