I hate leaving poor reviews and I didn't plan on leaving one However, I got a full set of acrylics done on Monday It's only Wednesday and 3 nails are already starting to peel on the edges. The gentleman that did my nails seemed upset that he had to do my nails, was very aggressive to the point that I had to turn my body to make sure my fingers weren't contorted and he didn't speak to me almost the entire time (except to ask if I liked the shape of my nails AFTER he had already shaped them all.) I'm thinking it could have been an off day, but I'm less than impressed. I've been getting my nails done for over 13 years and this was one of my least favorite experiences.

Worst experience I've ever had at any nail salon. First off I have real nails, I prefer natural looking nails (American) as well as oval shaped. I get gel since it last longer. The so called part owner puts some kind of sparkly white color on the tips, I guess they are so cheap with their polish you only get one layer not two like all the other salons do. Mmmm wonder if they are all wrong? I doubt it. And because of this my polish is starting to peel, and it's only been about four days. After looking at my nails a little closer, my left hand nail shape reminds me of an animal claw, my right hand is ok. And if this guy is part owner his partner needs to know he's not that great at customer service and his work half a$$ to say the least. I should have known he wasn't in the mood to do nails that day and just turned around. Don't go here if your looking for customer service and good looking nails. It's not happening here. Take your business elsewhere.

My husband and I are visiting from Birmingham, AL and the experience there was phenomenal, the staff was very nice, professional, the service was quick and neat, the environment was very relaxing.. I enjoyed every moment my husband and I got pedicures and I got a fill in all within an hour.. I will definitely come back!!!
