The care I received at Queen City Auto Body was OUTSTANDING. I recently moved to NH & was unaware of a driver not being required to carry any auto insurance coverage until I was T-boned by an uninsured motorist. After going to 3 other auto body shops & being left feeling like nothing more than a number, I found Queen City Auto Body through a referral from a neighbor.
From the moment I brought my car in for an estimate, I felt the difference! I was treated like I mattered, & when I shared my story about being hit by an uninsured motorist, I immediately got information from both the front desk person & the mechanic on how to go after this driver & have him feel some consequences for his actions. I then got a call from Gary the next day with an estimate that was much better than the others I received. My car was ready quickly, & even though I was not in NH when it was ready, & would not be for 5 days, they stored the car for me at no charge.
When I picked up my car, I was more than happy with the results! It was ready quickly, & was charged only the estimated price I had been given. Gart also went through every detail of what they had done, & gave me photos to have documentation for my court case. My car had been buffed & looked brand new!!
If by some bad luck you ever need auto body repair, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Queen City Auto Body & Gary!!!!!

My car looks the same as the day I bought it. The final price was exactly as Gary quoted (without running over like some shops do), I got it back when they said I would, and it was cleaner than when I dropped it off. The paint job is top-notch, I can't tell that anything was ever wrong with it. I appreciate quality work, professionalism, and friendliness - Queen City Auto Body has that covered. They understand the customer and do their best to make sure you're happy with the results. I know I am!

First class customer service, repair quality and value! We recently took our Mercedes E-Class in for an estimate and repair. Gary, the owner was always available and personally took care in delivering a perfect repair. The service was prompt and the price was fair. I would not bring my vehicles to any other shop in the area!

Had a scratched bumper from winter that was patched up and then a week and a half after getting my car out, I was rear-ended. They were extremely helpful and were able to get my car fixed once again. Definitely going back if there is need.

Absolutely satisfied with the work, price, and service. Brought my car in a month ago and Gary the owner/operations manager quoted me a lower price than my insurance adjuster. With Queen city's estimate I virtually had no deductible. In addition, my console was broken and was not included in the original quote from my insurance adjuster because they believed it was not damaged during the accident. So when Gary looked at it, he told me he would take care of it. And he did, in fact he replaced it with a new one at no additional chargeWOW! You guys are Awesome. I will be needing more body work on my car when someone ran into me on the last storm (2/13/17). Will keep you posted on this latest work.

Queen City Auto Body, especially Gary the owner and his daughter Crystal, was most accomodating and did excellent work in a timely manner. Gary and Crystal, who I dealt with, ensured that I was fully informed about the work being done. Little extras made the experience even more consumer friendly. My husband and my son had used Queen City Auto Body in the past and were equally as pleased. Gary and Crystal made a difficult experience much more manageable! I would recommend them anytime!
