This one was very nice compared to some places I've stayed. Clean and warm . Very polite. Breakfast was really good. Free cookies and popcorn. A welcome greet everytime you walk in. Very accommodating.

Clean, spacious rooms. Very friendly, helpful staff. Lovely seating area in the lobby. Complementary warm cookies and fresh pop corn available until 9pm with juice, coffee and hot chocolate. Breakfast was pretty good too. I would definitely stay here again. Great value.

This hotel earned their name ''Quality Suites''. very clean, the hotel staff are friendly and very helpful; the place smells good, my wife and I enjoy our stay to me it's not bad for the price for you will enjoy your money. I will recommend this place for everyone looking for best hotel to stay. They deserve 5 stars!

Very deserving of a 4.5+ star review. Place looks brand new on the inside. The lobby and breakfast/seating area is very modern. The desk staff was extremely friendly and always in a positive mood. We arrived an hour or so before check-in time, and they were very apologetic for not having a room ready. Fresh baked cookies and free drink voucher for the attached Mexican restaurant every day! About a 10-15 drive and $12 uber from downtown Nashville/Nissan stadium area. Great stay just outside the city.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was excellent and exactly like the pictures online. It was clean and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I was able to check in early from a long trip there and the restaurant in the hotel was very good. The hotel also provides you with a voucher for a free margarita or beer with every night you stay at the restaurant. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

This is the only place that I stay when I visit Nashville. The accommodations are very nice from the staff, food, and room comfort. The hotel is located in a great spot to travel around the city as well. I highly recommend it to any potential guest.

I stay at hundreds of motels a year for our business. My drivers stay in motels across the United States. I always send a my credit card and a authorization form with them and have never had any problems. Until this motel! Checking in at 1am in the morning, when my guys have to be at the airport at 4am. Nathan at the front desk tells my guys that our authorization. with my credit card and with a copy of my card, drivers license photo , my signature, and date range of their trip and a letter stating that their authorized to use said credit card for all business expenses, oh and my business card attached to the letter. Nathan make a copy. Then tells my guys that's not acceptable. My guys call me at 1:15 am to tell me this. For the next 45 min I have to fill out Nathan's credit card form, scan it and email it back. at this point I'm extremely mad. My guys have worked all day. Me and my wife have been woken up. We ask Nathan why did you copy our form just to have us fill out your form. Can you please shred our form you copied. Yelling at my wife on the phone shouting it's their policy. He tells us pretty much tuff luck. His words are not becoming of a employee of quality inn.
This is not right!
I've stay at hundreds of quality inns and never been treated like this or had this problem ever!
We will no longer stay at Quality Inns!

Was VERY surprised at how great this hotel was. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, completely renovated and rather upscale rooms, especially for the price, and a lovely lobby and breakfast area. Also has an on demand airport shuttle. Only issues I found were the quality of the pillows (small and lumpy) and a noisy air conditioner, but nothing drastic. While this is not my usual chain, if I'm starting in the Nashville Airport area again, it will be at this hotel.

Friendly, helpful staff were my first impression. The complimentary margarita by the pool was a nice way to end my two days there. immaculately clean room, which is of the utmost importance to me, was very comfortable. The plane noise was minimal with my A/C running and did not disturb my sleep. Perfect location to downtown on one side and The Hermitage on the other. I was worried that the infrastructure construction on the road in front of the hotel would wake me early, but the building must be well insulated and I didn't hear a thing. I was also able to come and go with ease regardless of the lane closure.

We enjoyed our stay, front desk staff were awesome and friendly greeted us every day by name, this made it personal. Only problem we had was the pull out sofa was not made (did not need it folded) but linens were not straightened up, and the extra pillow and blanket that we brought and was used every day on the bed we would later find on the floor after they made the bed (didn't like that). Other than that everything was great.

Hotel is convenietly located. Hotel is clean, rooms are large, staff is very friendly and helpful! Awesome breakfast and also has a great Mexican food restraunt adjacent to the building. Also numerous other eateries very close by. This is just a great place to be, if you have to be away from home.

We stayed because our car broke down. The staff did everything they could to help us and make us feel at home. Even giving my husband a ride when our car was ready while I stayed back with our 3 children. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you Quality Suites Nashville Airport!

Overall good hotel. Clean with an easy to reach location. Breakfast that was included was good for a typical included breakfast with some hot (served warm though) items like eggs and bacon.

The staff was immediately attentive as we walked in, we left another hotel after a very bad customer service experience. We were greeted and asked if we needed sheets for the pull-out sofa, due to or children; a simple yet drastic improvement over our previous hotel. The hotel was modern, open, and very clean. Breakfast and coffee were above average. We would definitely stay here again.
