A clean place and nice staff, but our room had a weird, stale odor. Pretty good breakfast offerings! The shower got warm but simply would not get hot enough for comfort. Our main problem was the level of noise; we got 4 hours sleep at best. Despite not being a pet-friendly hotel, we could clearly hear a barking dog in a neighboring room. Worst of all, exterior doors were not soft-close and in fact, slammed very loudly. At 4:30 am, another guest was perhaps loading their car to leave (?) and slammed the hallway door to the parking lot multiple times so loudly that we were startled awake and struggled to get any more sleep. Quiet hours need to be imposed and exterior doors need soft-closing features. Overall not a great experience.

I was able to book a room the night of. The young lady at the front desk was beyond accommodating and very kind. After experiencing a not so nice situation with another hotel, quality Inn made it possible. They room is clean and up to date. Thank god for this hotel!

Room was comfy. Water pressure was low and tub wasn't draining well. Parking lot was dark. 2nd floor hallway smelled like smoke. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly.

I personally did not stay at this location. However, I booked a few rooms for my company to assist with the hurricane Ian clean up. I had to call a few times to update and modify the reservations, all I can say is every single person I spoke with was patient, kind and very helpful. The location was great with good food choices very close by. We will kept this location in our company contacts for future stays! Thank you Quality Inn Fort Myers!!!

Great place and they allow me to have my 2 small Jack russell terriers. So happy to have a hotel that understands that I need them with me while in a another state. The people are very helpful and so nice. The only thing is the bed ugh I am use to my adjustable bed. But its all good.
