Paid $6k for a new ac in my condo. Started leaking refrigerant but didn't crap out until two months after the warranty expired. Called them 2x to see if they wanted to check it out and possibly make things right, but never received a call back. Would not recommend.

I used Quality Mechanical because I am local union member in another trade but feel we should support our brothers in all the trades. My wife was pleasantly surprised when the service tech showed up on time, was vary professional did his work in a very well showed and explained the problems well, did the repairs and it was a very reasonable price for the time spent and parts needed.
I would recommend Quality Mechanical to anyone looking for an honest and professional service company.

Quality Mechanical Contractors is always immediately responsive to my calls. Not only are they organized, but they are ethical, honest and never try to upsell/oversell the job. They have positive, professional attitudes and are always helpful. If they do not have what I need in their truck, they immediately find it and get the problem resolved as soon as they can. They communicate very well, they are prompt and very reliable. I refer them as often as I can. "Always, choose Quality!"

One of our compressors went out at midnight and it was expected to be 106 °F that day. We called and the emergency Tech, David, got back to us right away. He diagnosed the problem quickly (a failed capacitor) and improvised a fix on the spot (he didn't have the exact replacement available). The unit came on right away and is working perfectly. David was courteous and friendly, and obviously very knowledgeable. Being after hours and on a weekend, the repair was not cheap, but it was a whole lot less than having to replace the compressor completely. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
