Good service. Rooms need tending, but it is rated perfectly. The customer service was one of the best i encountered in Orlando.

The room smells a little musty and it is clear that the interior is very old. For this area being such a tourist hub, it shoukd be more modern and better kept.
It is clean and the staff is friendly but not overly helpful.
I am staying for work so really just need a place to sleep. The bed is firm and the pillows are garbage. I'm glad I brought my own.response / report this review -

This is our second visit, and the front desk was still just as polite. Rooms are clean and house keepers were very nice, especially helping with children shenanigans. A little pricey, but I think worth the money. Breakfast is basic with only a waffle making station for a hot breakfast. Cereal, bread and yogurt options available.

All of the employees that I had spoken to were so friendly and helpful. The room was tidy and nice. It's also really close to Universal Studios and other attractions.

A night in this magnificient edifice reminded me so much of one of the best places I have ever been to. I hope to spend at least more nights to thoroughly enjoy the beauty.
