Ian and his team did an amazing job. They came the same day we called. They dried out and cleaned our basement. Very nice and affordable. We are very happy. Thank you!

We called for a leak in our new home and they were swift and extremely helpful. They had a neat tool that could see how extensive the damage was on the ceiling and if the water was still wet. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend for any of your water restoration needs.

Ian was great. Carpets looks fantastic and the price was reasonable. Scheduling was really fast too! Second time I’ve used his business and will do so again. Have recommended him to family members.

What a great experience we had dealing with Ian ad his team. After going through the nightmare that is a busted water pipe and flooded floors, we were pleasantly surprised with how great everything worked out. They squeezed us in their calendar and showed up right on time. Got the job done and we’re very thorough in their work as explanation of what happened and the remedies they took.

Wonderful company! Ian came as soon as plumber left our flooded laundry room to clean the water damage in basement. He did a thorough job at a reasonable price. Also replaced part of the padding.

Professionalism is highly lacking. Scheduled a cleaning and twenty minutes after he was supposed to arrive I get a call and he says he's been stung by a bee and doesn't feel up to cleaning. Asked to give him an hour to see if he felt better and he'd call to come or reschedule. TWO hours later I had received no call and when I try to call I get voicemail. I left a message 4 days ago and he has not bothered to call me. I got someone else to clean my carpet.

Ian responded very quickly to our flooding emergency and went way beyond our expectations for someone in this industry. He provided excellent customer service and his knowledge on how to approach our issue was very assuring. By the time he finished we couldn't even tell that there had been any water damage. I would recommend him and or Louisville Carpet & Flood Restoration to anyone who has a need for this type of service.

The guy named Ein who cleaned my carpet had a nasty attitude and acted like he didn't want to do his job I don't recommend him and the problem areas I had him focus on are returning.

I called Ian Copeland at LOUISVILLE CARPET CLEANING on Saturday April 1st. I was just looking for the first carpet cleaner that could do it TODAY. My first call was to Coit, the big boys in Louisville, but they couldn’t get to me until Tuesday, maybe. Just calling whatever came up next on a Google search I found Ian Copeland, who I found out later is the owner of LOUISVILLE CARPET CLEANING, who said he could be at my house in the Highlands at 2PM and that he would call me when he was 20 minutes out.
Mr. Copeland called me at 1:40 and showed up on time at 2PM. I had a lot of questions about steam cleaning vs. other methods and he was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the carpet cleaning industry. Without going into detail, trust me, STEAM CLEANING is the only way to go. Kills germs, extracts deep residue, and leaves your carpet looking BRAND NEW. My carpet is 8 years old with a dog and 5 kids punishing it daily. Ian treated the pet odor and pet stains first and then spent a good 20 minutes pretreating the most heavily treated area between the foyer and the kitchen. Also, he didn’t show up and tell me that what I described as 3 areas was actually 6 areas, which is what I had expected from dealing with bigger carpet cleaners in the past. Ian was GOOD, extremely thorough, and my old carpet looks and smells GREAT!
Ian Copeland also took the time to open my windows and set up my owns fans for proper ventilation, which Ian explained is a very important aspect of the carpet cleaning experience, as there is moisture that needs to gotten out if you want your carpets to dry.
The end result was a very economical job with fantastic results. Ian was finished in less than 2 hours and all the carpet in my house was clean and fresh for $105.00!! Now that’s hard to beat.response / report this review -

I've had other companies out before and I've never been satisfied with the results until now. They were able to get to me within reasonable amount of time. The tech that came out was friendly, professional, and was very thorough when he cleaned my carpet. He was able to get some stains that I never thought would come out. He left the carpet smelling great! The price was great and most importantly this company saved me from replacing my carpet (which I thought needed to be done) Thank you Louisville Carpet Cleaning and Flood Restoration! I will definitely recommend this company!

I had some big mud stains in my carpet. I was amazed after my carpet was cleaned. Every single bit of mud was removed. My carpet looks brand new and my home smells great too. I'm loving it. I definitely recommend this company. A+ for service.
