  Pusch & Nguyen were very supportive and fought really hard for us and got us a positive result. Their whole team were phenomenal and gave us updates throughout the process. I would like to thank Pusch & Nguyen for their commitment and dedication to their clients. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Also, I would like give a special thanks to Brenda Mendez, the coordinator for her promptness in updating us about the process periodically.   My personal experience with this law firm is very unprofessional . I can not get weekly updates at all. When I call this attorney to find out what is going on with my case she gets an attitude with me as if if I am bothering her . . My accident happened in February of 2022 and here it is September of 2022 and my car is still not fixed. . No Emails and no updates. It has been over a month and I have not heard a word . I have been asking several times to speak to the Senior attorneys and I have been blocked by this particular attorney and the person answering the phone , Not informative at all . It seems to be a game to me . Will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Bar Association. This was a waste of my time . Mrs . Obialor I would Think about it first.
