  I speak of my experience in a divorce and custody case. I witnessed a revolving door of paralegals, saw multiple request ignored, more than half of 16 months in evidence not submitted to the court, ignored emails and voice-mail, and what appeared to be a very week performance in court. Multiple times where Mr. Ritchie would support the other party in words and lack of action in supporting his own paid client. Even after court it seemed all they wanted to do was support any request or accusations from the other party. I would only refer him to any future advisory.
  
  Mr. Ritchie lied to me 3 times during the entire 16 months of service. First was on what was told to me the temporary orders. He advised me I would have every weekend and no child support. I assumed that had to a lot to deal with the fact that the ex had pending charges and now trial for domestic violence. That was a lie. 2. He stated he could not only get 50/50 but possibly 60/40. That was a lie with the lack of effort he put into the hearing. 3. Mr. Ritchie stated the ex would pay the dental and vision. Nope all lies.
  
  You would think a thorough attorney would sit with his client and go over every inch of the orders. Nope, he and his office will leave you in the dark unless it's a bill. Then they are very prompt about money.
  
  His plan was to wait out until the ex was convicted to file an emergency order of custody. Well,don't need he for that. Seems the ex filed a motion to be heard the day after her trial. Just have to show the judge what Mr. Ritchie failed to show the judge prior and pray the evidence supports my claims.

  Please please use this law firm. My only regret is that I did not find them sooner. Murray Lind ability in what he does is almost super natural. My interactions with this person was life changing. The people answering the phone made sure I was taken care of. When you get to a point where you have to hire a lawyer, you are already so emotional destroyed. This law firm understands this! I only wish I met Murray so much sooner.

  I have had a few attorneys for my child’s case in Bexar, San Antonio, and Mr. Ritchie’s firm is a good at family law. His staff is capable and they will work to get your necessary orders in place quickly. I have to address child support issues every few years with my child’s mother. This firm handled my current modification the easiest for me.

  I never give 5 star reviews but in this situation with me being new to SA when this initially happened I was very upset and scared. Upon the initial conversation with Vanessa I had immediate relief in knowing the retainer was gonna be cheap enough specifically after speaking to other law firms. Even tho I feel like the initial day we met with CPS was drug out a bit they still managed to return a small portion of the $1500 retainer which most firms will be sure doesn't happened. I highly recommend this firm. He was tough and the case got dismissed the same day. If I would of faced the issue alone I doubt the same outcome would of happened. Thanks Derek and staff!
