From the moment I called PuroClean they were amazing to work with. I called them in the middle of the night for my friend who had a water leak in her home. They came out right away that night and rescued us. They brought their equipment and came back to monitor the drying process. The whole company has been great to work with and they even work directly with your insurance for you. I love that they have been around for over a decade and they love their customers, you can really feel it. I highly recommend them!

PuroClean came on time and was very professional. The technicians cleaned all of the carpet in my house and it looked as good as new. They've been doing water damage restoration since 2010 and you can tell that they know what they're doing. They served with aloha and know how to treat a customer. It's nice to have people come who know what they're doing, have been doing it for a long time, and treat you like family. I would recommend them to anyone who needs restoration services.

We had a upstairs tub overflow failure and had water pouring out of an AC vent on the floor below late on a Saturday night. We got the problem assessed and the leak stopped, (ended up having to poke a hole in the ceiling to drain some water). The next day, I called up the number for PuroClean. Celeste answered and heard my story. She explained what the company offers in regards to services provided. She was very polite and patient; she heard my story and got someone come out that day. The person who serviced my house was a gentleman named Nick. Now, Nick wasn't on call and came in to help me out anyway. This alone was a testament to his character. He came by, assessed the extent of the possible damage (very methodically and thoroughly), and installed heater/dehumidifiers and multiple fans. He came through everyday assessing the water saturation levels and answered my questions and concerns. He did so with genuine care and enthusiasm for what he does. This employee had such a great attitude that I now recommend this company by word of mouth. I almost brag to the neighbors that this company came to provide us great service and it didn't break the bank. If this company doesn't give Celeste and Nick a raise based on the absolutely excellent work that they do, then they are doing it wrong. Also, get Nick a new replacement work van. The man does great things and needs to ride in style.

PuroClean is a great company with an exceptional, knowledgeable, and professional staff. Their customer service is truly 5 stars. After calling PuroClean, Zack came out to our home quickly and promptly to do an asbestos testing. He has such a friendly personality and the whole process was a breeze thanks to him. PuroClean is a company that I trust and will definitely hire them again.

I have used PuroClean and have recommended them to multiple friends and clients. They are professional, friendly, and most-importantly, trustworthy. I have had glowing responses from those that I have recommended. From a restoration company! That just goes to show that they go above and beyond for their customers in their time of need. I wish more companies operated in this way, with true compassion. I never hesitate to refer PuroClean to anyone that needs restoration services
