This is the only option for parking at HPN unless you are willing to pay the crazy rates for parking garage and/or run the risk of not getting a space because the garage is full. The pros of this place first: most of the people working there are very nice. The cons: they are very disorganized and the customer service is terribly lacking. Last night for example it took OVER 30 MINUTES for the shuttle to come I ended up calling a second time and the person who answered the phone said he had no idea where the shuttle was as it had left a while ago and should have been there. When it did finally arrive the radio was BLASTING like it was a party bus. It was so loud that i finally got up and turned it down while the driver was putting the bags in the back. He got on the bus and shut if off giving me a very annoyed look. There were 5 pick ups which meant 5 cars had to be retrieved and processed. This was way too hard for them apparently. It takes a long time for everyone to pay because they have no app or other means of electronic payment. It had snowed that day a couple of inches and my car was not cleared off. Only and a tiny hole of visibility had been cleared. So that meant at 1:00 a.m. I had to start scraping ice from the windshield in order to get out of there. Fortunately I had a scraper. The whole operation is rinky dink and housed in a teensy trailer that smells like garbage (take out the trash people). I am a frequent traveler and used to premium valet service. They used to be cheap but now their rates are similar to premium valet services but the customer service and amenities are terrible.

Good, less expensive option for parking when flying Westchester County Airport. About 10 minutes from the airport.

Good option for cheaper, accessible parking. Make reservations on advance. Drop off is quick and easy but pick up can take a bit. Paying can sometimes take a while.

So at first I was pretty nervous as I've never needed to park at a airport or near one since I was always driven or took a cab, I usually use JFK or LGA but decided to try westchester for once, I was blown away at how simple and fast the service was here. Everyone was extremely nice and the shuttle service was super convenient, overall I highly recommend parking your car here and it's probably the cheapest as well. You completely get your money worth!
