I check the price for long term parking prior to going to the airport. The website stated that it was $60 a week and $4 additional day. When I returned after 10 days the fee was a $101 Other than that I am very happy with the airport and the ease

Love the ease of this airport as well as the simplicity of pick up and drop off. Rental car counters are slow so plan for that. Airport itself is clean and well maintained.

Great small airport. New modern terminal. Parking is close. Allegiant Air flys to forty cities. One restaurant is independent & serves good food. First two hours are free parking. Long term parking is available.

Crooks. Tell you incorrect information, Charge you for it, Make it seem there is no flight change fee because on the website actually says $ 0.00 charge ,then claim there is a charge if you read the small print if your actually able to get it the website or talk to them in the phone on hold for 45 minutes, when I ask to speak to person I spoke with last and give thier name, they say I have to call back and wait on hold again and take a chance that hopefully that person will answer???? What the ****? worst airline ever. The only refund you get back is basically in points or vouchers to use their airline again. Absolutely worst airline. It's better if using a little more expensive one and getting 10 x better service. Accurate information and your money well spent. Because you will waste money here anyways. They are practically stealing it.

What a great little airport! Short walk ways, fast delivery of luggage, small lines at check in, clean, acceptable food. Parking very close by, picking somebody up is very easy. Will fly out of there again.

Great little airport. I've flown in and out of here many times and never had a problem. Flights are usually on time. Be advised if you're flying out that there is only one little store with basic snacks and drinks. Don't plan on eating a hot and hearty lunch here before you fly out. Prices on Allegiant Air are awesome. Literally can be one-tenth the cost of flying the big-name airlines out of RSW.

Airport was fine. Google directions failed and I was going around in circles. Good thing I know how to read a map and self navigate or I never would have found this place in the dark!

Great little hidden gem located just off I75 about 40 minutes south of Sarasota. Although it may lack multiple restaurant's, bar's, and coffee shops it makes up in spades with location and cost. Flying out of Sarasota is expensive, rarely can you get a round trip in or out for under $350. If you're willing to take the drive it can save hundreds and it's a better drive than going out of St Pete.
The airport is smaller but efficient, the TSA is courteous, quick, and without attitude. Drop off and pickup are easy and they don't charge for the first 2 hours of short term parking!
I love how people give it one star because the only bad closed early or their flight was delayed because of weather, get a grip!
This airport should be the model of how to run air travel efficiently and deliver lower fares for travelers.response / report this review -

After many delays due to "weather" when the plane did land the plane's baggage was half unloaded and stopped for 30 min. The union workers needed to have their break! They did NOT tell us why or how long it would be. They did not have a large enough area for people to wait and no food places available in this entire facility! -- just vending machines. They are building things now but remember budget friendly and be very inconvenient.

worst airport experience ever. got there an hour before departure. all my friends who carried on a bag on the flight over from lexington airport (best airport!) were forced to check it in on the flight back from this airport because it wouldn't fit in a tiny cubby. then after making us spend 45 minutes checking in bags for some reason, their computers glitched and wouldnt accept our boarding passes. they continued to say that the gate was closed even though we saw people still getting on the plane. after all this, the flight left and they made us miss it. the flight staff was beyond rude through this whole experience. we ended up getting $37 credit for our new flight we had to book which was for SEVEN PEOPLE. how can that come close to covering a fraction of the price? AVOID THIS AIRPORT AT ALL COSTS.

Parking is meant departures get you right to the door everybody's polite they get you in out fast it's very clean Allegiant airport all Delta all of them they're all one of the best places to go a guy Leon Gunther works here he's directing traffic helped us out got us out of the car pointed Us in the right direction we wouldn't have made it on time without him a plus one of the best one of the best concierge people I've seen yet at any Airport

small, & quick, nice place. used this airport 4 times withing the last 3 months, the first time had only been my 2nd time flying, and first alone. I was not as nervous as i thought i would be. yes the small store they have there does get extremely packed and backed down the isles. & luggage does take a little longer then i'd personally liked.. but i'll pick this airport over the huge ones any day.

This place sucked. I came here through Allegiant from Illinois to Florida. When I came here my liquids were fine, but as soon as I got here " they were over". So now, they threw away four of my liquids! These airports need to have a standard liquid size instead of bouncing to different ones. Also, just because the bottle says something does not mean that's the amount in there.

I love the counter and gate staff. They are always very friendly and helpful. The airport is clean and comfortable for passengers.
