  Great place. Personally, I have had no problems here. Their pizza is amazing, and the breadsticks are usually very good (although slightly on the crunchy side, but still great). The atmosphere is usually laid back, clean, and the service is pretty good. One of my favorite places to get pizza!

  A family favorite for pasta or pizza. The "Bill" pizza is a favorite and also the calzones. Good linguini with Vodka sauce- add a meet if you like.

  Puccini's food is first rate, delicious, made fresh, and priced extremely reasonably. Although their service staff can sometimes be filled with novices, all problems seemed to be resolved quickly and without issue. For a small family owned restaurant, they do an excellent job. Easily my favorite place in the West Lafayette Area.

  Despite how I've been a regular here and would have given four stars (my boyfriend has a weird order that they always get right) I have to say that I'm disappointed in Puccinis. I've been frequenting Puccinis for going on a year and a half now, and I usually dine in once a month with one to two carry out orders a month.
  In this time I've had two complaints, one with a young gentleman in the kitchen staff on a carry out order, who wouldn't give me an estimation of time on when it would be done. I pulled a waitress over and asked her to find out for me, which she did. I asked if the young man was new, which he was, and so I figured he was overwhelmed and left it at that. The waitress gave me a gift card though, since I had been kind of irritated at the start of our interactions. I never asked for the gift card, and told her it was appreciated but unnecessary, since all I wanted was information on my food. She told me to keep it anyway. Second issue was some time later. I brought my mom to Puccinis because she wanted a calzone. No biggie. Well our waitress disappeared at one point, which was understandable, it was a busy night, and we were in the bar. I went out to the main room to see if I could find our waitress, and I didn't see her. There was a girl at the register and I asked her if she could assist, since our waitress was no where to be found. The girl was fully in uniform, but told me that she wasn't clocked in. I asked if she could point me to someone who could help, and her response was a frigid no. Before my mom and I left I told management, because if you're in uniform at your place of work, you're representing the company. She could have very easily pointed us in the correct direction without any issues.
  Apparently two minor complaints in over thirty different visits means I'm a trouble maker though, and despite never asking for compensation, apparently I'm attention seeking for financial gain in the form of gift cards. I'm just very disappointed in Puccinis and how they handle issues. Time to start up the search to find another place that sells decent calzones and treats their customers with a little more respect.

  Haven't dined in, so can't comment on service. But I did order take out and the speed was appreciated. I did the veggie pizza and the broccoli and peppers alone made my day :) Great place just across from Wabash Landing 9, so it's great to visit after a movie.

  Food is good, relatively easy to find a seat. But the service is damn slow!! Definitely worth a visit if you are in for a relaxing meal with no constraint on time.

  Pasta was horrendous. Over cooked noodles and the sauce did not even stick to the noodles. The garlic bread was soggy and the salad appeared to be made by a 5 year old. Terrible, just terrible

  If you like to have Italian-American cuisine in town, this place is a must-visit place. Great Calzones and pizzas. There are many kinds of pizzas and calzones and pasta.
