Love my Publix! I find everythingI need for reasonable prices. Especially with BOGO deals. Who doesn't love a great deal?!?! The staff is always friendly and attentive.

Great store with wonderful selections of fresh produce, bakery, and Seafood / Sushi Very efficient checkout as well !! A little far for daily shopping from Fort Myers Beach but my Chase bank's branch is in an outlot so every week to 10 days I'm there anyway.

Customer service staff were rude and have no understanding of how to handle unsatisfied guests. This location is full of unprofessional employees and managers. The managers were notified and didn't seem to care or want to be bothered with the issue. The deli counter had lunch meat on the counter and not in a refrigerator. I was informed it was bad meat but wasn't sure why it wasn't damaged and thrown away customers shouldn't be seeing that.

Great local place once season is over they go all out for you.Will help you find any thing.We are so happy to make it thru another season without running over a snowbird.I did hit an alien he said he was o.k

This is a very busy store during season. Staff is kind and mgmt. Is willing to pitch in. They will order an item that they don't normally carry just for you. I have them order fresh whole fish often and they are always helpful. Great baggers and cashierssome have been there for many years. Love this store.

The customer service is always outstanding at my local Publix store. But today was a busy day. I understand, I was at the deli meat counter around 1pm yesterday 11/26. It was busy and the deli staff was excellent at keeping track of customers in a timely manner. The woman the helped me was wonderful and had excellent customer service. The lady that was helping me was stopped toward the end of my order, by what i assumed to be management. Concerning a prior shift not doing their job. I believe that was wrong considering how busy it was. I felt bad for the employee being called out during rush hour, instead of employees having a meeting with managers.
