All-in-all, it's a Publix. Not much to hate. However, the folks who run the deli need some help and are the reason for my poor review (except the assistant deli manager- you folks need to promote that man. His super over-the-top customer service is awesome, and I love every second of it!).
Outside of that guy though, it's an operational disaster. The real manager, as well as several of the female employees who work the deli counter are ice cold. There have been several occasions now where I intended to order multiple items and didn't simply because the person helping me clearly didn't want to be bothered with my patronage. The hot food bar is almost always empty, whether it's lunch/dinner time or 3pm in the afternoon, and you are lucky if you catch them at a time when they actually have some wings or whatever. I frequent the hot bar/sandwich station more than I should lol, so this part is kind of a sticking point for me. Last but not least, you have an employee that works at this location by the name of Madison. Please tell Madison that back talking his managers in front of customers when asked to do something is unprofessional. Please also tell Madison that if he's going to get high at work, he really needs use eye drops. Kid walked back in from somewhere in the back a couple of weeks ago, and his eyes were so red he either had just smoked a little bud or someone hit him with some pepper spray. I'm not judging, I'm all for legalizing and what not, but have some pride!

Way above and beyond service! I called the store looking for a Namaste gluten free cake mix for my son's birthday the next day, and Assistant Manager Justin Mollette not only promised to call around to other Publix to find one for me, when that didn't work, he found one at a competitor's store, went out and bought it, and brought it back to the store for me. What's more, he refused to charge me anything for it. His kindness made our family's day and made my son's birthday even more special. Thanks Publix!

My family goes to Publix once in a while. Me and my mom don't like the smell in Publix because the smell is strong and horribley disgusting because of the meat or cleaning substance, so I choose Kroger over Publix because Kroger is better. The smell makes me want to gage, throw up, and cover my mouth and nose with my shirt and jacket. The Staff is very nice and the bakery is good is 5 stars. I would appreciate it if they would find a way to reduce the horrible smell.
