The attorneys and staff at Van Sant Law were phenomenal! Always friendly and helpful! My attorney, Mike Horst, did a fantastic job handling my personal injury case, he always kept me in the loop of what was going on and was always available whenever I needed anything or had any questions. If want the lawyers getting more money than you this is the place to go!it was my wifes case we wouldve been better off doing our own case yes it was meant for van sant law.the only thing fake is the other reviews on your site.And still left my wife with a bill to pay great attorneys.not.

I was in an automobile accident which left me traumatized, but my lawyers Jay Drew and Jeremy Karassik made sure the process was comfortable and easy for me. They made me feel secure and confident with them handling my case. Mr. Karassik made sure he was there for me to answer every question and concerns I had. A big rig truck turned into me and totaled my car on August 11 2016, my injuries were resolved and I had a check by June 28 2017. Back in August 2016 I was referred to Van Sant Law by my chiropractor Dr. Forrest Watts (who fixed 3 herniated discs and some other stuff!!!!), and I am very pleased and thankful for the referral. Everyone I met at Van Sant Law was amazing. All I had to do was show up to meet a guy offsite once to sign the initial papers, and show up to pick up my check and sign the final papers. They are a great team, I can't express how great they are. Beau Pirkle is a no-nonsense, direct, and to the point kind of guy which I appreciated especially in the early stages when I was still in pain. He went out of his way to have conversations with me (as did Michael Horst and Megan!) Megan was very patient with me when I was calling all the time trying to figure out what to do. Thanks Beau, Megan, and Michael! The opposing counsel was a bit hard-nosed in the beginning and the case was handed off to Michael Horst whom I am very pleased with. He was on my side 110% and I felt really confident in his hands. In the end everything went so well for me. Even after I had to testify on the witness stand when the truck driver fought the ticket and he was found not guilty by the jury Michael Horst was still able to work with the opposing counsel to get me a good amount of money that I was pleased with. I can remember where I was during each and every phone call. I really enjoyed talking to Michael, I'm going to miss talking to him, he makes you feel good, I just cannot say enough good things about him. When I showed up to sign the final papers and pick up my check everyone was so nice and the office is AMAZING! I think everything they do is amazing. A++ If I ever need another attorney I will call Van Sant Law. Thanks Michael! :)

Van Sant Law was great at handling my case from beginning to end. My attorney Jay Drew always returned my calls and emails very quickly even though I can be a little annoying lol. My case was settled fast and easy thanks guys

David Van Sant and the team are amazing. From the day I contacted them, meet with them, and they closed the case David and the team were available every step of the way. I had never had to hire an attorney much less deal with the mounting pain and medical bills from a car accident. David and the team explained the process and made sure I was taken care of. The attention to detail and personal service was the best. I would highly recommend David Van Sant and his team to take care of your accident needs!

David handled my lawsuit after a back injury caused by an auto mobile accident. David and his team handled everything in a very professional manner. David clearly communicated what to expect in the process during our initial meeting. David and his team always got me the medical services needed, and handled all the cumbersome paperwork. At any time during the process I could always reach out to David or his staff and expect a prompt answer. Due to the firms help my back feels better than it has since the accident. I'd highly recommend David and his firm.

My experience using David Van Sant and his staff to handle my case was an extraordinary one! From the beginning I knew I was in great hands by the way David spoke with great confidence that he would do everything it took to fight my case. I was kept informed at all times of where we stood in the settlement and with great success, we were able to come to an agreement with the adjusters and settle my case.
