  Phil Stevenson and his team at PS Mortgage Lending have been invaluable in the purchase of my home. Phil, Iris, Alfredo, and Marilyn all provided the support my family and I needed to achieve our vision. They were not only readily available when I had a ton of questions, they streamlined the process for purchasing a home within a 3-week period! I had previously [temporarily] worked with another mortgage lending company. I highly regretted not going DIRECTLY with Phil and his team. Once I transitioned to PS Mortgage Lending, everything was unequivocally 110% better. Also, Phil is an individual who not only has high integrity and professionalism, he is also tremendously knowledgeable in this field.   There aren’t enough words to describe how amazing Phil and his team were. We closed in 31 days and they made the process so smooth for me. Communication?? On point. Always answered any questions in a timely manner and explained everything i was confused about which as a first time homebuyer was so important to me. I was lender shopping when I was referred to Phil and he beat the rates the other lenders were offering. They know their stuff plain and simple. Super friendly and very professional. I will definitely be using Phil for my future home purchases and will be recommending him to everyone I know!

  Phil & his team made our home buying process painless and stress-free. After working with them, I just don't see why anyone would opt to work with a bank for their mortgage. The PS Mortgage team is the epitome of customer service, and I will be working with them again in the future. Thank you guys!!!

  Phil and his team are the best! They helped first time home buyers like my boyfriend and I purchase our first condo. They worked nonstop and on holidays for us. Don’t waste your time anywhere else! Thank you Phil!
