AC quit working overnight, called in the morning and got a 5pm to 8pm window for that day. The tech arrived just before 6, after troubleshooting and finding the problem he had the parts and got it up and running within the time he said it would take, about an hour and a half. It was 100° and a rooftop unit on a 2 story house without easy access. Good experience and good communication throughout. Much appreciated.

We used Pro Zone because our fan wasn’t turning off on our AC. Our technician, David was amazing. He was in time, so very honest & ended up saving us thousands of dollars. We had originally called One Hour Air who told us that we needed a complete new AC & quoted us at 12,000 bucks. David fixed our problems for under 1,000. We will definitely be lifetime customers of Pro Zone. Two thumbs up & 5 stars in our opinion!
