As always it was great. I called Pro and told him what I was looking for. The next morning he called me back and told me he had found one. He went over it, told me the price, told me what he would do on my 2015 Silverado. I had not even seen the new truck at this time, but I ask him to go ahead and get it. I bought it sight unseen.I have been in the auto business most of my life and love doing business with people that I can trust. That is Pro Prothro and Prothro GMC. Very satisfied with purchase. Will not go any where else.

Purchased a used car here a yr ago and i have spent more money fixing it than paying the payments. The salesman William Prothro knew he was selling a lemon and is continuing to selling new and used cars that dont last a yr after purchase. Take your time and do research on cars and definitely find a car lot with better mechanics and salesman. I would be ashamed to sell such worthless cars to the public. Buyer beware!!!

The team at Prothro are tops. Buying a new Enclave was easy and made me feel like a valued customer. When I've brought it back for service, the service team always greets with a smile.

When I needed work done, they answered all my questions and even took a little extra time to make sure there were no other questions.

I was told 4 different prices on a key being made.. in this order $29, $75, $100, $200.. It's like they were looking for things to add on to make money or they totally didn't have a clue and didn't want to do the work Either way, I got the key made somewhere else

My experience with Prothro Chevrolet was excellent as always. Every department is above board in their service. I love working with local people. A good company is when all departments work well. That is how Prothro is. Buying a car is wonderful, the finance department is excellent, the technology department is up to date, the staff is professional, and getting your car serviced is pleasurable. Personally, I can not see where they need improvement. I love that Prothro is a family owned business. The service department went above and beyond the call of service to repair my stereo system. It was a little difficult with the amount of time spent and the days it took but their accommodations were pleasant, clean, and friendly. I just love Prothro Chevrolet.

I have dealt with Prothro Chevrolet for many years for all my automotive needs. My husband died 11 years ago, and they know that I rely on them to keep me rolling! They are always courteous, friendly and efficient. Their service department is second to none. I am always confident that when I leave there, my car is s safe to drive. However, if something did happen, I could call from anyplace and they would come to my assistance. True friends.

Vehicle recalls happen, just as they do on many other things. All are no fault of the Dealership. HOWEVER, the professional way it was handled on my vehicle was outstanding. Danny knew what parts were needed and had them on hand. I was running a bit late and he called to make sure I had not forgotten. It was completed on time as promised and he called me to let me know to pick it up. (Truly, it was faster than I expected.) Days after picking it up, a phone call to me to verify all was well and if any issues came up, to bring it back. This service was handled with PROFESSIONALISM.
