The staff is friendly and my overall experience was good. They all made me feel at ease during my recent surgery. The only thing I would suggest is that if there are scheduled surgeries on Thursdays that there be someone available to answer questions for surgery patients the next day, even with the office being closed on Fridays. I had a concern the day following my surgery (Friday) and was not able to get a hold of anyone. I left a voicemail that Friday and a week later still hadn't gotten a call back. That in my eyes is not very good customer service.

Dr. Kaeley and her whole staff are so warm, kind and respectful. I have felt very comfortable every time I've been in the office so far and I know I'm in good hands! Actually looking forward to my next visit.

I have been having gum disease issues due to being diabetic for a long time. I’m super glad to have found progressive periodontics. The team was great! Just literally completed the laser treatment 30 mins ago and it went really well. Dr. K explained everything beforehand and uses the latest technology. From X-ray to the laser equipment, it’s all the latest tech and procedures. I have been to another periodontist several years ago where they still use the traditional methods of cutting up the guns to clean the teeth and sewing it all back together. NOT something I want to experience. again. Come to this office if you want an awesome, friendly team that is also using the latest state of the art tech and procedures.

Their office is beautiful and the team is wonderful and friendly! I love a place that can keep a good conversations and not have things get all awkward or go straight to the business.
Dr. Kaeley has been taking care of me in ways that I am so thankful for.
I have a procedure approaching, but prior to booking; finances on my end were a bit tight. But Dr.Kaeley and her team provided options and even accommodations to help me out. For that, I am so thankful!
Dr. Kaeley knows her stuff! I felt safe asking questions. They are there to educate you and help you!
I love how welcoming, resourceful, and approachable this place is. And when it comes to medical conditions they are straight to the point, which I appreciate.
If you are considering this office. I say do it!
Update:
My procedures was successful and went smoothly. Due to getting Covid, I had to postpone me operation. Dr. Kaeley and her team took great care of me and made accommodations for my new operation date. thank you! Really!!
I wish all dental procedures are done by this team because I’ve never felt so safe before.
During the whole procedure, they worked fast and diligently, educated me on the way & making sure I didn’t feel any pain during the whole process. Even shared a few laughs during the procedure ahaha
Looking forward to my follow up appointments with this team !!

Dr Kaeley is wonderful. Very professional but also warm and personable. She took the time to fully explain my treatment plan and the details of the procedure. I feel relaxed and confident under her care.
