Waiting room is a very pleasant atmosphere with coffee and cookies,if you like. Doctors and staff very friendly and professional. My hearing test seemed to be very thorough and easy. Upon receiving my hearing aids, they made sure everything was just right before I left. Only had one issue with my hearing aids, in three years, which they corrected very promptly, at no charge. Would recommend to anyone.

I have been a happy patient of Terry McIlvaine at Dr Kasewurm’s Professional Hearing Services, for several years now, and I can’t say enough about the quality of service and professional care I have received during that time. I have the utmost trust and confidence in Terry and all the staff at Professional Services. They have taken the greatest care of me and at the same time have made me feel so comfortable and welcome - definitely a plus. I am constantly being introduced to the very latest technology - always striving to help my profound hearing loss, and as a result, I have been able to continue working in my field long past the time it would have ordinarily been impossible for me to do. I truly look forward to all my appointments, and even though I drive an hour to get there - it is well worth it! I can’t imagine going anywhere else and I never miss an opportunity to recommend Terry and Professional Hearing Services to friends and business associates alike. You would be doing yourself a great service to call and schedule an appointment so you can experience this as I have. Definitely 5 Stars for me!

I have been a patient for several years. I have received a great hearing device that streams phone calls directly to my ears with great clarity! Any service issues (a couple of visits, but extremely normal from my experience) have been resolved quickly in the office while I waited. I sincerely appreciate the free batteries and wax guards! Thank you, I am better connected with my family and friends as a result of your great care!

Client for four (4) years and 100% satisfied with the professionalism, service, staff, and products. I drive an hour and a half for appointments. That fact alone should say it all.
