I bought a used 2014 Ford F-150 from here in January and my experience could not have been better. Salesman was not pushy or impatient even though it was a couple of weeks between first looking at the truck and buying it. Definitely recommend these guys.

WOW! I'm beyond impressed by the customer service at Proctor Acura. I dropped by car off for service on Sunday evening and received a call to pick it up 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment the following day. The staff was courteous, from check in to check out. There aren't a lot of people that look forward to having their car serviced; however, it is a relief to know that, when the time comes, Proctor Acura will take great care of my vehicle.

The service department at Proctor Acura is almost beyond belief. Sometime I wish I could find something wrong with my vehicles so that I could take it in for service. As they have been for years, the entire group is super and I feel special as a customer.

I heard a lot about the customer service at Proctor Acura before I went there and they did not disappoint. Everyone was nice and they seems as though they were happy to work there and represent Acura. They also do very fast work. I was mostly impressed. However, when I picked up my car after the complimentary car wash, I noticed some of what looked like water on my dash and there was also some plastic item in my glove compartment that I did not put there. Not sure what is is, but it definitely came from Proctor. Because of that, I had to dock a star from the rating.

Took my mdx for the first oil change service. The service was fast and courteous. In 45 minutes, I got the oil change done, car cleaned and waxed, and tire pressure checked and adjusted. I would recommend this dealership for servicing.

I had a wonderful experience buying my TLX from Gene. He helped me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process and made everything so easy! He found me an exceptional quality car at the right price quicker than I could've imagined. He made sure every detail on the car was perfect and that all my questions were answered. I have shopped with the same dealer for 10 years but when they weren't able to meet my needs in a timely fashion, I happened upon Proctor Acura. The experience was wonderful we were assisted by John, and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and sincere. Overall, it was just such a simple process. I got top dollar for my trade and made a lower offer on the car we were interested in that he accepted. It was just really smooth and easy and I feel like I really feel like we walked away with a better deal than I could have imagined.

What a great experience! First time taking my car to this dealer, got my A1 service and car wash within less than 1-hour. I was constanly updated n the status. Definitely will go back.

Gene and the folks at Proctor Acura are absolutely amazing. They provide a dependable vehicle at a reasonable price.
