  Jack the owner was very informative and showed before and after pictures. Explain what the job entailed and did not try to up sell me.
  Old school ethics, very refreshing
  
  Delivered what they promise and did an even better job than expected.They even showed up on time, were very careful, neat and did a outstanding job.

  Highly recommend!! Jack and his crew are true pros. Very good communication, on time, and very pleased with the work and the cost. The crew was very respectful to me and my neighbors, working quietly in the early morning hours and did a better than expected job. Nice to deal with an old school contractor that says what he means and does what he says. As long as I live in Tucson he is my roof guy.

  Called Jack after some wind damage, he not only answered at 5:30am but came out and did a temporary fix right away to get me through until a permanent solution could be put in place. Jack did everything he said he was going to do. Emailed bid right away, showed up on time and did a first rate job for a fair price.
  
  Some of the best customer service I have received over the years. Very happy with the process and the work.

  We recently had Pro Roof LLC repair and re-coat our roof. Jack responded to all our questions in a very timely and professional manner. He shared many photos of the before and after condition. We couldn't be more pleased and will definitely use Pro Roof LLC for our future roofing needs.

  Jack was on time, responsive , and made time to explain his report. He went over it in detail and showed care for his job and kindness to his clients. We will be using Jack and pro roof in the future and we will also send Jack to all our friends and family.
