Technician didn't communicate well.nail polish looked old. oPi was not a big feature here.will not be coming back

Dana is the best nail tech in the house!! Whenever she does my nails they last 10X longer. I'd go just for her to do my nails. She also does my toddler's nails and usually it'd only last a day or two, but when dana does them they last over a week! She is definitely high quality!

A spa pedicure is $35 which isn't a bad price BUT.if you get gel polish they add $16!!!! So $51 DOLLARS FOR A PEDI thats insane!!!!!!
There is no way on this earth that gel polish should cost $16!!!
I am a cosmetologist who does manis and pedis and I can tell you that it cost $16 for a whole bottle of gel polish!!!
I have learned a good lesson today.do not go to princess nailsWAY OVER PRICED!!!!!!!response / report this review -

They are not sanitary at all. They do not sterilize any tools they will place the used pedicure equipment in their basket that says clean supplies and place it back at their station. While I was sitting there waiting to get a pedicure I noticed this from at least three different nail techs and I chose to leave. I have had my nails done there before but was always seated and the tech would come with the basket so that said clean supplies so I never gave it much thought but after having to wait because they were busy I was just observing and thought to myself no way I was going to knowingly allow them to use dirty equipment on me and I left.

Got my toes done with my boyfriend today and asked for deluxe. They didn't do everything they were supposed to, and they rushed me out of there. Never going there again

I went in today, and immediately tried to walk back out because they seemed so busy. Most women go to the nail salon as a relaxation thing & I had my 6 month old so I didn't want to bother anyone. Randy immediately tells me "come back in here & sit down" he tells me that I won't wait more than 5 minutes. Of course I didn't believe it, but that's true. I didn't. And he did such an amazing job! I've never had a nail tech take so much care, & be so gentle! Prices were also fair. ❤ I will definitely be back. Thank you Randy!

I do not live in Summerville and pass by many salons to go to this one. My recent visit Randy did an amazing job on my French manicure. Love this place and definitely recommend.

Never again will I come here. 2 mani pedis for $100. After tip. They took maybe 15 mins on my feet and 10 minutes on my hands. Not worth it all all. I could see if they took there time and gave decent massage. But that definitely wasn't the case.my nails were crooked and jagged I had to ask for the file and fix them myself. My sister was not happy at all either, same complaint they rushed through everything. Never ever again. Lesson learned. Next time I will read the google reviews.

I called and made an appointment for the earliest time possible I was told 9:30 I assumed since that was the open time of this salon I should of been the first person the tech I requested saw but NO I get there 10 mins early thinking I would just wait in the car for them to open nope doors wide open and ladies getting pedicures with the tech I requested I've waited 20 mins now and still he's working on someone else Jack is ok Son who I really liked when I started coming here has since left and for a high price name salon being punctual is necessary! My advice if you don't have time to wait even with an appointment don't bother!

Got gel nails and they aren't suppose to come off at all, I didn't do anything for them to come off they started chipping within the week that I got them and the nail polish started to fade with that happening as well. I paid $38 for a crappy job.. I reccomend shears and brushes on trolley road in Summerville you get exactly what you pay for there and everyone there is very friendly and make you feel at home.. A lot of ppl go there and never heard any complaints about them and they have always done a great job with my nails, toes, and eyebrows.

originally came in to princess nails with three other people, and due to the overcrowded waiting area stood outside, then got seated with Theresa the nail tech. She was working very fast and said not two words other than to ask about if i wanted to upgrade my manicure. She grabbed my hands and was not gentle at all. she almost acted as if it was a bother to be working at all. she then sent me to dry my nails, but i had to go back due to a hair from one of the brushes being stuck in my "top coat" which seemed more like a coat of nothing. not only did i have flaky nails with barely any top coat but all of my nails were rounded except one that looked like a trapezoid. luckily another very nice lady fixed them and added top coat. i feel as thought doing my nails at home would have been 10x better. Even the ladies next to me said that it seems like they are just getting people in and out and don't take the time to do their best work. disappointed in the way the customers are treated and the quality of service definitely will not be back.
