Just bought a car from the Douglas Georgia location on yesterday. After trying to work with dealers in my area (Macon, WR, Milledgeville, Dublin) with absolutely no luck, I drove all the way to Douglas to find the perfect car with the perfect buying experience (and they met my price). On Monday 8/7/17, my neighbor took my Ford Fiesta in for service at your facility. After sometime he walked out to the shop too get something out of the car. The car was not there. He went to the window to ask where it was. The lady said the mechanic probably took it around the block, he be back in a few minutes. 20 minutes later he showed back up. Mr. Crawford than ask him where he had been. He stated that he went to get a sandwich. No, no, no! He was not given permission to take my car out for a sandwich. This is unacceptable! I will not bring or have my car sent to your facility again.
