  I have used this car service multiple times and have had an excellent experience every time. Their customer service is great and always helpful - especially when the airlines let me down and cancel multiple flights delaying my trips. On my most recent trip, Mayra took me to the airport and was fantastic and Karl took me home and was also fantastic! I appreciate all of their help and patience!

  We used this services for a drive from Dallas to Austin, and we are extremely satisfied with the service we received! Marquis Clark was our driver, and he was extremely accommodating in every way. We are so lucky that we had him! Also, every time I called the customer service center for a question or a modification to my booking, they answered immediately and were extremely helpful. Thank you prime limo, we will definitely utilize you for our future needs!

  Prime limo was awesome! We had a fantastic time on our trip and the drivers were amazing! Leo and Laquila were like family. They tended to our every need, were on time for every pick up and truly cared about my kids. And they made fantastic time driving to and from Florida from Texas!!! Thank you for an amazing trip to Florida!!! I look forward to using them again.

  We utilized the car service for the day. Acquiring the service was seamless. One phone call and a few email exchanges and we were all set. All responses were prompt. I made the reservation weeks in advance but I place a deposit and the day before the remainder was charged to the original card. All this was advise to me in advance via email. The communication is top notch. The real gem was my driver. Javier was waiting in the airport for us. We were communicating via text prior to landing and up until we met. Hey was all smiles. Very professional and informative. He was like an old friend. The car was a Lexus ES350. It was very comfortable as I am plus size and very sleek. Overall my preference is Prime Limo and if possible Javier!!! Thanks for the Amazing service!

  I have used Prime Limo several times in the last year and every time they go beyond my expectation!
  
  We 1st used their service to take out our wedding guests after the reception to the after party and the party bus was huge and spacious! The driver was very friendly and put up with all of my very drunk guests and myself!
  
  The 2nd time I used their service was to transport my mom to her surprise birthday party. It was the 1st time my mom ever sat in a limo that she was so emotional! The driver made the ride pleasant for my mom and dad, helped them pop the champagne bottle and served them before starting the ride. My mom told me that he also asked what kind of music she likes and played that for them on their drive. The driver also offered to take family pictures once he dropped her off to the party! A+ service!
  The next time I used prime limo was for a friends birthday party! They drove us to the wineries outside of Dallas. The party bus was clean, champagne service and we were able to play our own music.
  
  I highly recommend Prime Limo. They are my Go To transportation service!
