  We worked with Lindsay on both the purchase of our new home and the sale of our existing home. We couldn't be happier. Lindsay is extremely knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and respectful. Both transactions were extremely smooth with no surprises. For the sale of our existing home, Lindsay had a detailed plan that covered everything (staging, listing, market timing, etc.). She provided lots of useful tips as we prepared the home for sale. We ended up with multiple offers in 24 hours, and sold our home well above our listing price. Couldn't be happier. We highly recommend Lindsay and her team.

  I moved to the area from overseas & Lindsay worked with me before my "house-hunting" trip to capture our requirements and preferences. Because of all of the thorough prep work she had done, I was able find our home on the first day in town, place an offer on the second, and be present for the home inpsection on the fifth. Lindsay was very responsive throughout the process and had the local knowledge to translate our needs to find the ideal home. We were very pleased with the whole experience.

  I can't sum up my appreciation for Lindsay and The Lindsay Jackman Group in just one review. There literally aren't enough words! After talking about moving for over a year, we compiled a small list of houses that interested us and set up a time with Lindsay to check them out. We were primarily interested in narrowing down our target area and we're thrilled that she had several properties she wanted to show us as well. We still thought we were several months away from being able to list our house, as we'd always been told spring was best. As we were getting ready to leave the last property, Lindsay, energetic and positive as always, encouraged us to list almost immediately. We were worried, never having done this before, but took her advice. We were listed within a matter of weeks for top dollar and within 4 days we accepted an offer! Lindsay and her assistant were fantastic and we are so happy with them.
