  Selling property is often a stressful and time-consuming process, especially when listing property you own in another state. With so much at stake, just choosing your real estate professional can be worrisome knowing that their efforts and competence will ultimately be critical to successfully achieving your desired results.
  
  After considering selling my out-of-state house, I began by contacting several local realtors and brokers but was disappointingly unable to connect with anyone I genuinely felt comfortable working with. That challenge was quickly resolved after speaking with Bill Schleiter from Prestige Real Estate as I confidently sensed he was a cut above his peers and would precisely deliver on his plan to sell my property.
  
  Sadly, nowadays it’s become increasingly common for business “professionals” to enthusiastically set an appealing expectation but then slowly, if ever, fulfill their end of the agreement. Happily, Bill Schleiter has apparently never heard of this disconcerting practice and instead provides trustworthy consulting and dedicated services to his clients and community.
