Brian is well respected in the community and goes above and beyond to please anyone he is serving. When you do business there will always be those Who feel entitled to have rules bended for them and feel the need to keep asking for more favors to the point you just can't do it anymore. Therefore they feel the need to bash the business rather than speak the truth and just say thank you for doing everything you could to help me be a responsible adult and holding me accountable.
