  I’ve been using Prescott’s Florist exclusively for many, many years, because they always make me look SO good! The service is exceptional, and the flowers are so fresh they last a very long time with proper refreshing (sometimes weeks!). My sale amount typically varies from $40 to $100, and I can honestly say that the quality and beauty is consistent no matter the price point. From the every day to the special, a thank you or an apology, I just call up Prescott’s to tell them what it’s for and let them handle the details! I try to keep “emergencies” to a minimum, but they have saved me on more than one occasion with remarkable delivery speed (a mere couple of hours one time). Thank you, Prescott’s!

  I placed my order and the site indicated the flowers wouldn't be delivered until the next day. That was fine, but same-day was preferred. I called and they happily changed the order and the flowers were delivered within hours. Great customer service.

  I live across the country and can't be there for mother's day. I figured, I'll try a local florist. Found a deal on shipping (even though the florist is less than a mile away from the destination) I paid good money for flowers to be delivered before Mother's Day. Now I get a phone call at closing time saying my mother couldn't be reached and it's policy not to leave the flowers out. Yet the order form has a comment box with the example "if not home, leave by front door" Why would they use that as an example if it's against policy? So now I have spent money on flowers that won't even get to my mother in time. Who screws up a mother's day order!?!?!?!?! Poor Customer service. They don't even have voicemail
  Find another floristespecially if you are ordering online.
