I bought a wood stove and a hot tub from Abundant LIfe 2 years ago. I had their team do the installation on both. Since then we have found the service to be exceptional. They are always available for questions, technical help etc. We have found them to be very responsive, always living up to not only their promises, but going above and beyond. I would highly recommend them for product purchase or service. Could not be happier.

Just had our first ever hot tub delivered. From day one through delivery the entire team was fantastic. Took the time to explain chemical management and made sure we were happy with our tub. That's everyone, special shout out to Chris!

We bought a pellet stove here 3 years ago and I thank God we chose Abundant Life to do business with. The entire staff (Sales, Service and Installation crew) has always been friendly and helpful, but Matt from the service department has gone more than above and beyond for us. :) To go into details would take days but in a nutshell I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this store to anyone in the market for a stove or spa. They stand behind what they sell and know how to treat their customers. Thank you 1000 times over. :)

I stopped into the store and talked to the service manager on Saturday about parts and repair I needed on my Hearthstone wood stove. Four days later I got a call telling me the parts were in. The next day the service technician arrived exactly on time. He quickly repaired my stove and cleaned up my kitchen floor. They charged me more than half of what another company was going to charge me, for the same job.
Am I a satisfied customerYou bet.

I've been doing business with this outfit for 23 years and have had nothing but the best experience with them with regard to sales or service. They have always been reasonably priced and their services have been responsive and timely. I have recommended them to friends who have found them to be equally satisfactory and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. I, personally, will continue to purchase products and services from them without any hesitation. My hot tub is 23 years old and still running as it did when I purchased it, with very little servicing and my Harmon pellet stove is almost as old and still going strong.
