Had nothing but problem after problem. The first jeep had a engine misfire and other things wrong with it. Turned that one in for a different one and got more problems. Not just minor problems but a rebuilt engine to say the least.

Easily one of the creepiest places I have visited. All of the salesmen seemed to have a firearm on them.. While I was there, I overheard the strange, little owner (maybe Barry or Gary) threaten a previous customer who had come into complain about something. He actually said he would beat the guy's A**. Too many complaints online to ignore the obvious facts about this place.

I have never been treated better!!!!!!!!!!! Every car lot I go to they take one look at me (Tiny, Asian and a woman) and they try to talk to me like I'm a little kid or like I have never even SEEN a car before! It's so frustrating!! I went up there last Saturday and I was greeted by a woman! She (Liz) was great! She told me she understood how I felt and told me I didn't have to worry about it happening here, and I didn't! I worked with her for a while and then I started working with a man because she had to step out. I was worried that she wouldn't get credit (because I had found my Jeep) and then he told me that they don't work on commission!!!! What??? A car lot that has their priorities straight?!? Never thought I would see the day! Liz and the staff at The Preowned Store are truly a gift if you are looking for a nice Jeep at a great price!

these guys know their stuff. I have been looking for a jeep for a while and I thought I had found it. turns out that another dealership was trying to sell me a lemon. not only did I find a great jeep here but they let me swap out some times for ones I liked better and they let me change the color of the soft top. no other place lets you do that or if they do they charge you a whole lot of extra money. everyone here was really cool about helping me find a good jeep and they let me test drive a bunch and didnt pressure me at all. I got a sweet jeep now and all my friends are jealous.

Wow!! This place is a gold mine! They have all things Jeep!! The guys are super friendly and not only did they HAVE the part I needed in stock, they were able to install it for me!!! Will NEVER take my Jeep anywhere else!!! Also saw that the picked up the AEV line, cannot wait to check it out!!! This place is the best of the best!!! Worth your drive from anywhere!!

Fantastic! Absolutely love this place! I got a fabulous Jeep at an amazing price! If you are in the market for a Jeep, this is the PLACE to be!! So many different models to choose from, and friendly and knowledgeable staff! They even sell parts and do all of the servicing in-house! If you are even considering buying a Jeep, don't do it until you go see the guys at the Preowned store! You WILL NOT BE SORRY!!
