Awesome. Found them at the Home and Garden show. Other companies wanted double. They were done in a few hours, and the work was amazing. The crew worked well together, and communication was great. (Don't go with the huge commercial companies, these guys have a great work ethic and worth the cost!)

rude and unprofessional service by Ed. wasted 3 weeks of precious time after inspection and a quote. Ed hang up the phone when my GC tried to figure out a way to pay the down payment with a check he already issued without driving 2 hours to deliver by hand . all that a week before the job start. unacceptable especially during this time.

I rarely post my reviews on companies but felt strongly that I should here. I've had an extremely positive relationship with Premier Wall Anchor & Waterproofing. They have come out on numerous occasions over the past decade to address various issues with water in our basement - hand-digging two corners of our house to apply exterior waterproofing, filling block and applying carbon fiber strips to reinforce our front wall, and installing an interior waterproofing system at different times. I always feel like Ed, the company owner, understands and is more than willing to try to work with us to resolve our problems and the prices are always more than fair. Whenever we've had any issues, recently requiring days worth of hand-digging, they have gone above and beyond to try to correct them and the work has always been covered under the warranty with no additional costs. Never knowing what you might get with a company when they provide a warranty, its great to know I can finally have some peace of mind. Chris and Hunter who have been coming out recently have been especially wonderful to work with and do an excellent job of communicating all of the issues they've seen and fixing them on the spot. I can't say enough good things about them. I would highly recommend.
