  I have been using Premier Schools to renew my real estate license for over 30 years. It is and has always been a family owned and operated business. They provide the best experience I have had with my renewal process. Could not be more satisfied.
  
  The customer service, information and guidance the company provides in helping their clients maintain their license is and has always been stellar. Premier Schools genuinly cares about your continued success in the field of real estate.
  
  I will continue to support Premier Schools. I will be taking my Broker Exam prep courses with Premier.

  I came here two years ago and had a great experience even during the pandemic when hours were short and not much staff available. Recently I referred my bf to them due to my good experience. I regret it to say the least… He is constantly getting the run around, always a “I’ll call you back”, paid for his supplies and said he will pick them up and they still shipped them even though we’re local? The communication is extremely poor with the new staff. He hasn’t been able to login to any courses online to take his exams that’s he due for. I’ve listened to him call them and explain and they say “we’re sorry about that we’ll follow up with you”. They never followed up… it’s been about 3 weeks now and he’s stuck unable to move forward due to the consistent lies. We’re disputing with our bank due to this company not performing like they said they would and going to another school. Shame on you Premier!

  -I didn't have any problems. It was easy to compete the classes as soon as possible. Books were mailed to me out of state when I was out of LA due to covid. Came quick.
  -Lot of answers were online to the course exams, obviously. So if you're wanting to just get the courses over with go ahead.. However, you gotta actually study and prep once you get official date for the official licensing exam through Cal DRE. But getting an exam date could take ages So I waited to bust out the studying couple weeks before exam. There is no avoiding learning the material nonetheless.
  -I feel like this school was cheap, always answered phone. Found on Graham Stephen's YouTube so had small discount. The school also let me know I didn't need to buy a third class with them because I explained I had a Business Law class already from CSUN. Appreciated that.

  I had to renew my brokers license & I wanted to do it the old
  fashion way, read and answer the questions on paper. I am
  not that great with the computer. Premier Schools they were
  so accommodating. I was 69 years old and they walked me
  through all the steps. When I ran out of time they let me renew
  at a very small fee so I could finish. They were the best!!!
  I highly recommend them.

  I am giving Premier schools a 5-star rating. I received excellent help from their staff being a newcomer to this school. No matter how many times I had to ask a question they would be there with patience to help me with clear understanding. I would highly recommend this School to anyone needing to renew their license, or to obtain their license to further the education. It's really nice when you have someone there to assist you and enjoy doing what they do. Hands down I like the school had a great experience with them and I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs them.
