My co-worker introduced us to Foode. It’s a local restaurant in the burg where friendly and polite staff serves delicious and top rated food. We got the steak tacos , salmon and biscuits and gravy for brunch. We got lucky to be seated in the vault without any prior reservation. The restaurant was once a bank turned into a beautiful and cozy foode place.

Chose this place to stop when we were in from out of town, and I was very impressed. Our server was very nice and knowledgeable. Our food was prompt, warm, and all four of us had no complaints. The dessert and coffee was delicious. The mimosas we got to go were the icing on the very impressive cake. Do yourself a favor and check them out!

We’ve been wanting to try this place for a little while as it has received great reviews and always seemed busy. We had a friend visiting from out of town and decided to give it a shot this morning for brunch. Great place and great atmosphere. I had the biscuits and gravy. It was excellent. My friend had the steak tacos and thought they were great. The portions are generous and the cost is very reasonable. Things could have moved a little more quickly but the atmosphere and food made that vanish quickly. Our waiter was friendly, nice, and attentive. Great place and we will most certainly coming back for sure!!

We were driving through town and made a pit stop here. Very nice place with amazing decor.

The food was very good, we had the black bean burger and she had a steak salad.

Probably the best of either we have ever had. We sat outside because we had a dog and the server brought out a big dog bowl.

I’d come back here!

We enjoyed lunch here last Saturday. We didn't have reservations but only ended up waiting about 30 mins after being told it may take an hour. The historic details inside made a warm and inviting atmosphere. Our table was in the vault beyond the huge steel door. Our waitress was very friendly and informative. We ordered Biscuits & Gravy, The Princess Anne Salad with Salmon, Shrimp & Grits and Steak Salad Baguette. We all thought our food was very well prepared and delicious although a tad bit salty. We will definitely be back to try so many delicious sounding options on the menu.
