  I have had similar issues with other shops. What it comes down to is the guns are under warenty by the manufacturer not the shop. Almost all guns are test fired before leving the manufacturer so it is extremely dificult to tell if the buyer has shot the gun. I have delt with these guys before and they try to be fair.

  I purchased a brand new gun from them for my son for christmas got it home and my son unwraped it when we tried to load shell in chamber it got stuck so I called them up and they told me to call manufacturer so i said it is new i want to return it they told me how do they know that it is new and that they would buy it back for a lower price than what i paid for it. what a gun shop that cannot tell if it is new or not it still has the tags on it
  BUYERS BEWARE I WILL AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE
